Inspired by the story of the moon that begins with the Crescent Moon, the inspiration behind our name, this special croissant is available exclusively in September.
A round-shaped croissant is delicately dusted with powdered sugar to depict the Nijūrokuya Moon, the waning moon traditionally associated with the 26th night of the lunar month. It is generously layered with custard cream, whipped cream, and rich chestnut cream, creating a delightful balance of deep chestnut flavor and a light, melt-in-the-mouth texture.
